Job Description: Real Estate Partner II/Buyer Concierge
Our team is seeking to be recognized as the best real estate service experience in Tacoma. We are looking to add a positive and professional real estate partner to elevate the experience for company generated buyer clients.
The perfect candidate will:
- Be outgoing, positive and will communicate well.
- Be licensed in Washington State with 2 or more years experience (preferred).
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Love coordinating tours and showing homes to buyers.
- Have a desire to be a key player on a winning team and seeks a long-term fit.
- Have the ability to follow a well-established service plan.
- Have working knowledge of MLS software and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Be knowledgeable about Tacoma & Pierce County communities and attractions.
- Be able to work a set schedule and including some evenings and 1 weekend day.
Work closely with Team Lead to serve as an extension of the group to:
- Assist buyer clients in completing Pre-Approval process
- Set up and manage home searches
- Schedule and host tours and assist with basic property evaluation
- Answer questions and requests for buyer clients
- Host inspections, walk throughs and key transfers
- Host open houses and assist with database calls

Compensation: Salary plus bonus/dependent upon experience
